摘 要:近几年,社会经济的快速发展使得企业之间的竞争日益激烈,在现代企业经营发展中,人才是十分重要的力量,拥有高素质的人才能够有效提升企业市场竞争力。网络时代的到来使得越来越多的信息技术被引入到现代企业发展中,由此也对企业人力资源的网络技术应用能力提出来对更高的要求。文章在阐述网络经济发展背景的基础上,分析网络经济环境对企业人力资源管理所产生的影响,并从树立人本理念、优化人力资源管理职能、提升人才自我竞争意识等方面具体分析如何在网络经济环境下优化人力资源管理。In recent years,the rapid development of social economy has made the competition among enterprises increasingly fierce.In the development of modern enterprises,talents are a very important force.Having high-quality talents can effectively enhance the market competitiveness of enterprises.With the advent of the network era,more and more information technology has been introduced into the development of modern enterprises,which also puts forward higher requirements for the network technology application ability of enterprise human resources.On the basis of expounding the development background of network economy,this paper analyzes the impact of network economy environment on enterprise human resource management,and analyzes how to optimize human resource management under the network economy environment from the aspects of establishing the concept of humanism,optimizing the function of human resource management,and enhancing the self competitive consciousness of talents.
