摘 要:以新鲜绿狐尾藻和稻秸粉原料质量比70%∶30%混合作为青贮原料,分别设添加纤维素酶(CEL)、木聚糖酶(XYL)、二甲酸钾(KDF)、双乙酸钠(SDA)、丙酸钙(CAP)处理组,以添加蒸馏水为对照(CK),青贮30 d后开包取样测定发酵品质、营养品质和有氧稳定性等指标,探讨不同酶制剂和有机酸盐对绿狐尾藻与水稻秸秆混合青贮的影响。结果表明:相对于CK,各添加剂处理组均能不同程度地改善混合青贮饲料的发酵品质和营养品质。酶制剂更显著地提高青贮的营养品质,CEL和XYL处理组的粗蛋白、乳酸含量显著增加(P<0.05),中性洗涤纤维、酸性洗涤纤维含量显著下降(P<0.05);有机酸盐更显著地提高青贮的发酵品质,KDF、SDA和CAP处理组的乳酸含量显著增加(P<0.05),pH值和氨态氮/总氮显著下降(P<0.05)。秩和比排序分析表明,不同处理组对绿狐尾藻和稻秸混合青贮的处理效果为:SDA>XYL>CEL>KDF>CAP>CK。In order to explore the effects of zymin and organic acid salts on the mixed silage of Myriophyllum elatinoides and rice straw,in this study,fresh green foxtail algae and rice straw powder were mixed at a mass ratio of 70%∶30%as silage raw materials,and treatment groups were added with cellulase(CEL),xylanase(XYL),potassium dicarboxylate(KDF),sodium diacetate(SDA)and calcium propionate(CAP),respectively,and distilled water was added as control(CK).After ensiling for 30 days,the fermentation quality,nutritional quality and aerobic stability were measured.The results showed that compared with CK,each additive treatment group could improve the fermentation quality and nutritional quality of the mixed silage to different degrees.Zymin significantly improved the nutritional quality of silage,the content of crude protein(CP)and lactic acid(LA)in CEL and XYL treatment groups increased significantly(P<0.05),while the contents of neutral detergent fiber(NDF)and acid detergent fiber(ADF)decreased significantly(P<0.05);Organic acid salts could significantly improve the fermentation quality of silage,the LA content of KDF,SDA and CAP treatment groups increased significantly(P<0.05),and the pH value and ammoniacal nitrogen/total nitrogen decreased significantly(P<0.05).According to the rank sum ratio ranking analysis,the effect of different treatment groups on the mixed silage of Myriophyllum elatinoides and rice straw from high to low was SDA>XYL>CEL>KDF>CAP>CK.
