摘  要:为研究中短链脂肪酸甘油酯对日本沼虾的生长和免疫性能的影响,本研究设置了6组平行试验,G0组为空白对照组,G1~G5组为处理组,分别为乳酸杆菌组、0.15%月桂酸单甘油酯组、0.15%丁酸甘油酯组、0.15%月桂酸单甘油酯+0.15%丁酸甘油酯组、0.2%月桂酸单甘油酯+0.2%丁酸甘油酯组,所有处理组(G1~G5组)需在投喂时通过喷涂的方式以1:4(菌液/mL:饲料/g)的比例拌入乳酸杆菌菌液。本研究测定了日本沼虾的生长指标、各免疫反应因子的表达和免疫相关生物酶的活性。结果显示:试验G1、G4组生长增重率分别较对照组提高24.99%和26.69%(P <0.05),试验G1、G4、G5组特定生长率分别较对照组提升18.92%、18.92%和14.41%(P <0.05)。在血清免疫方面,丙二醛(MDA)的含量表现为G1和G3组分别较对照组提高60.71%和47.61%(P <0.05);过氧化氢酶(CAT)含量则是G2、G4、G5组分别较对照组提升219.22%、140.94%、431.68%(P <0.05);总超氧化物歧化酶(T-SOD)活性方面,G2、G3、G5组分别较对照组提升50.92%、62.77%、115.36%。肝胰腺中与免疫相关谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-PS)活性,G1、G3、G5组分别较对照组提升50.37%、56.09%、50.66%(P <0.05);此外,与免疫相关的应答基因Myd88、HSP60和HSP70的表达各试验组相对于对照组也有不同程度的提升。综上,一定浓度的中短链脂肪酸甘油酯和乳酸杆菌联用,能显著地改善日本沼虾的生长和免疫性能。In order to study the effects of medium and shortchain fatty acid glycerides on the growth and immune performance of Macrobrachium nipponense,six parallel experimental groups were set up,group G0was the blank control group,and groups G1 ~ G5 were the treatment groups,which were the Lactobacillus group,0.15% monoglyceride laurate group,0.15% glyceride butyrate group,0.15% monoglyceride laurate +0.15% glyceride butyrate group,0.2% monoglyceride laurate+0.2% glyceride butyrate group,and all treatment groups(groups G1 ~ G5) need to be mixed with Lactobacillus bacterial solution in the ratio of 1:4(bacterial solution/mL:feed/g) by spraying.In this paper,the growth,the expression of immune response factors,and the activity of immune-related biological enzymes of Macrobrachium nipponense were measured.The results were as follows:In terms of growth performance,the weight gain rates of test groups G1 and G4 were 24.99% and26.69% higher than that of the control group respectively(P < 0.05),and the specific growth rates of test groups G1,G4 and G5 were 18.92%,18.92% and 14.41% higher than that of control group respectively(P <0.05).In terms of serum immunity,compared with the control group,the content of MDA in groups G1 and G3were increased by 60.71% and 47.61% respectively(P < 0.05),the activity of CAT in groups G2,G4 and G5were increased by 219.22%,140.94% and 431.68% individually(P < 0.05),and the activity of T-SOD in groups G2,G3 and G5 were increased by 50.92%,62.77% and 115.36% respectively(P < 0.05).In terms of hepatopancreas immunity,the activity of GSH-PX related to immunity in groups G1,G3 and G5 were increased by 50.37%,56.09% and 50.66% respectively(P < 0.05). In addition,the expression of immunerelated response genes MyD88,HSP60 and HSP70 in each experimental group was also increased to varying degrees compared with the control group.The above results indicated that a certain concentration of medium and shortchain fatty acids combined with Lactobacillus could significantly improve the growth and immune perform
