摘 要:针对缺少从实践层面剖析不同类型院校培养人才发展模式及其内在机理的研究现状,基于协同理论引入人才培养要素单元,建立要素识别、模式建立、组织机制、协同路径动态分析曲线,以华南理工大学和深圳职业技术学院为例,分析不同类型院校培养创新型人才的主要模式和特征及其内在机理。研究表明:产学研融合人才培养模式受创新主体单位的人才结构、知识基础、制度约束等因素的影响,如华南理工大学的“三创”型人才培养模式主要通过采取联合共建实验室、双导师制、基地实习等协同组织方式,协同效应大于互补效应,而深圳职业技术学院的学生学习成效为导向(OBE)人才培养模式主要依靠各方共同投入要素资源,互补效应大于协同效应;产学研融合视角下创新型人才的培养本质上是知识吸收和转化过程。In view of the lack of research on the development mode and internal mechanism of talent cultivation in different types of colleges and universities from the practical level,the talent cultivation element unit is introduced based on the synergy theory,and the dynamic analysis curve of element identification,model establishment,organization mechanism and synergy path is established.Taking South China University of Technology and Shenzhen Vocational and Technical College as examples,the main modes,characteristics and internal mechanism of different types of colleges and universities to cultivate innovative talents are analyzed.The research shows that the talent training mode of industry-university-research integration is affected by the talent structure,knowledge base,institutional constraints and other factors of the innovation entities.For example,the ICC talent training mode of South China University of Technology mainly adopts collaborative organization modes such as joint laboratory construction,double tutorial system and base practice,and the synergistic effect is greater than the complementary effect;while the OBE talent training mode of Shenzhen Vocational and Technical College mainly relies on the joint input of all parties in factor resources,and the complementary effect is greater than the synergistic effect.The cultivation of innovative talents in the perspective of industry-university-research integration is essentially a process of knowledge absorption and transformation.
