摘 要:西南石油大学化工专业在落实卓越计划过程中,采取多种方式加强校企合作,培养油气化工人才。该专业通过将企业工程问题引入教学全过程、构建实践项目工程能力培养路线图,将课程知识与复杂工程问题的解决相结合;通过将企业工程问题分解为小课题开展课题制实习,提高实习的工程性,为企业技术改造提供帮助;通过将设计院专家“请进来”、让工艺学课程教学“走出去”,实现校企双向互动联合教学和理论与实践的无缝对接;通过将具有化工特色的人文精神融入实习过程,增强学生的认同感,加强学生的品格塑造。五年的教学实践表明,学生的工程能力、学习能力、专业自信心、对行业的认可度都有了显著提高。Based on the excellent engineer program, various methods are adopted to strengthen the university-enterprises integration for cultivating talents in oil and gas chemical industry by the chemical engineering major of Southwest Petroleum University(SWPU). The practical engineering problems from industry are introduced into the whole teaching process, and the line map of students’ engineering ability training is drawn, to realize the integrating of knowledge and the solving of complex engineering problems. Small projects are extracted from industry engineering problems as the main content of internship, in order to enhance the engineering characters of internship. The results of such projects can offer help for technological transformation of enterprises. Technicians from industry are invited to teach in the university while the petroleum refining course is moved to the refinery, achieving university-enterprise two-way interactive joint teaching. This enables the close connection between theory and practice. The humanistic spirit with chemical characteristics is integrated into the whole internship process to enhance students’ sense of identity and strengthen the building of students’ character. The five years practice showed that significant improvements in students’ engineering ability, learning ability, professional confidence and industry recognition have been achieved.
