摘 要:工程管理硕士(MEM)专业学位教育培养兼具工程技术和管理能力的复合型人才,对推动我国工程领域技术创新和发展具有重要作用。文章以华东理工大学为例,结合行业人才需求和MEM学生特征,通过构建“K-P-T-C”四要素创新能力培养模型,探索高校在MEM专业学位研究生创新能力培养方面的有益实践。该研究对于推动MEM教育高质量发展、为行业输送更多的创新人才具有一定的借鉴意义。Master of Engineering Management(MEM) professional degree plays an important role in promoting technological innovation and development in the field of engineering in China by cultivating compound talents with engineering technology and management skills. Considering industry demands for professionals and characteristics of MEM students, this paper takes East China University of Science and Technology as an example, builds a K-P-T-C model which aims to improve innovation capability and explores effective practices of innovation capability building for MEM students. The research can be used as reference for high-quality development of MEM education and innovative talents cultivation for various industries.
