摘　　要：长江大学以专业建设、教学团队建设、课程建设等质量工程项目为依托,提出以创新型人才培养为导向,以思政教育理念为指导,以提升教师责任感和教学能力为核心,以完善的教学管理制度和运行机制为保障,以课程体系改革和教学模式、教学方法改进为主线的基础化学教学改革总体思路,并进行了相应的实践探索,取得了良好的成效,可为其他地方高校基础化学教学改革提供参考。The general idea of the reform of basic chemistry teaching was put forward in Yangtze University relying on quality engineering project of specialty construction, teaching team building, curriculum development. Guided by the cultivation of innovative talents and the ideological and political education concept, taking strengthening teachers’ sense of responsibility and teaching ability as the core, perfecting teaching management system and operation mechanism as guarantee, and reforming curriculum system, teaching mode and teaching method as the main line, the reform practice was implemented, and good effect was obtained. we hope that it could be of value for the reform of basic chemistry teaching in other local colleges.
