摘　　要：“1+X”证书注重通过将学历证书与各种职业技能认证进行科学融合,现代学徒制注重通过校内教师与师傅共同教学,把企业最新的技术传授给学生,二者的有机融合是时代发展的必然趋势。总结了我校模具专业“1+X”证书与现代学徒制融合的现状、课程体系改革、典型课程标准改革等,做好教师、教学内容和教学方法的改革,进而提升技能人才培养质量。The“1+X”certificate focuses on the scientific integration of academic certificates and various vocational skill certifications.The modern apprenticeship system focuses on teaching the latest technologies of enterprises to students through the joint teaching of teachers and teachers in the school.The organic integration of the two is an inevitable trend of the development of the times.The article summarizes the current situation of the integration of the"1+X"certificate and the modern apprenticeship system,the reform of the curriculum system,and the reform of typical curriculum standards in our school’s die&mold major,so as to do a good job in the reform of teachers,teaching contents and teaching methods,and further improve the quality of skilled personnel training.
