摘　　要：T/C 1003-2022《低植酸小麦籽粒中植酸含量指标和测定方法》于2022年2月发布并正式实施。本标准的发布首次提出了低植酸小麦品种(系)的植酸含量指标并规范了简便准确的测定方法,这将有利于低植酸小麦新品种开发和营养健康农业的发展。为了更好地使相关人员正确理解和使用该团体标准,本文对编制背景、主要内容、测定方法的优势等进行了详尽介绍。The association Standard, T/C 1003-2022, Index and determination method of phytic acid content in low phytic acid wheat variety has been released and implemented on Feb 8, 2022. This standard proposes the phytic acid content index in low phytic acid wheat variety for the first time, and provides a simple and accurate determining method, which will be favorable to the development of new low phytic wheat varieties, and nutritious and healthy development of agriculture. In order to help relevant personnel better understand and use the standard correctly,this paper makes a detailed and in-depth interpretation of the standard.
