摘 要:专业认知的偏差造成了人才培养呈现出明显的“语商分离”现象,已成为当前高职院校商务日语专业所面临的关键问题。借鉴CLIL模式,推进“语商融合”人才培养改革,一方面要创新培养方案,构建“语商融合”的培养目标、课程体系、育人机制;另一方面要开展教学改革,推行“语商融合”的教学方式、教材建设、实训教学。通过“语商融合”人才培养供给侧改革,使学习者获得语言和商务的双重能力,培养出真正符合中日经贸发展需求的商务日语复合型高技能人才。The deviation of professional cognition leads to the obvious"separation of language and business"phenomenon in talent training,which has become the key problem faced by business Japanese major in higher vocational colleges.The CLIL model is used to promote the talent training reform of"business-language integration".On the one hand,we should innovate the training scheme and construct the training objectives,curriculum system and education mechanism of business-language integration.On the other hand,we should carry out teaching reform and implement the teaching method,teaching material construction and practical teaching of business-language integration.Through the supply-side reform business-language integration talent training,learners can acquire the dual abilities of language and business,and cultivate the business Japanese composite high skilled talents that truly meet the needs of the Sino-Japanese economic and trade development.
