摘  要:文章对将思政教育融入宪法学课程改革的价值进行分析,通过探讨宪法学课程思政在教育教学中存在的问题,提出了在教学大纲中明确宪法学课程思政目标、充分挖掘宪法学课程中的思政元素、提高教师对课程思政的认识、运用多种教学手段使宪法学课程思政落到实处、完善宪法学课程思政教育教学评价体系等对策,以期为社会主义现代化建设培养出更多合格的法治人才。This paper makes the value analysis on the ideological and political education melting on the constitutional course through the discussions on the existing problem of the educating and teaching on the curriculum ideological and political education in the science of constitutional law and proposes the definite goals on the constitutional curriculum ideological and political education in the teaching outline.It fully explores the ideological and political elements in the constitutional curriculum,promoting the teachers’knowledge of curriculum ideological and political education,utilizing the several teaching methods to realize the goals,and perfecting the strategy for the constitutional curriculum ideological and political education on the educating and teaching evaluate system to cultivate the qualified legal talents for the socialist modernization.
