摘  要:工匠精神引领下,工匠精神应从教学前导、教学过程、考核评价以及特色课程这四个方向进行渗透,先让学生在自学过程中感受工匠精神对自我、对社会、对国家的积极作用,再在日常教学中大量引用涵盖工匠精神的案例,扩大工匠精神对学生思想的正向影响。创建工匠精神引领下的特色实践课程,令大学生在专业实践中形成坚定的工匠精神。再于考核体系中加入工匠精神内容,夯实学生工匠精神的形成。Guided by the spirit of craftsmanship, the spirit of craftsmanship should be infiltrated from the four directions of teaching guidance, teaching process, assessment and evaluation, and characteristic courses. First, let students feel the positive effect of the craftsmanship spirit on themselves, society and the country in the process of self-study. In daily teaching, a large number of cases covering the spirit of craftsmanship are cited to expand the positive influence of the spirit of craftsmanship on students’ thinking. It aims to create a special practice course guided by the spirit of craftsmanship, so that college students can form a firm spirit of craftsmanship in professional practice, and then add the content of craftsmanship spirit to the assessment system to consolidate the formation of students’ craftsmanship spirit.
