高职院校劳动教育现状及对策路径研究

摘　　要：重视劳动教育是高职院校实现人才培养目标的基本途径,是落实立德树人根本任务的现实需要。通过调查发现,当前高职院校存在对劳动教育重视程度不够、劳动实践活动形式单一、劳动教育课程体系不完善、劳动教育管理机制不健全等问题,在此基础上提出要更新观念,提高对劳动教育重要性的认识;创新载体,促进劳动教育与社会实践、校园文化有机融合;系统设计,构建具有高职特色的劳动教育课程体系;加强统筹,建立完善的劳动教育管理机制等对策建议,为高职院校加强劳动教育提供路径支持。Paying attention to labor education is the basic way for higher vocational colleges to achieve the goal of talent training and the practical need to implement the fundamental task of building morality and cultivating people. Through the investigation, it is found that there are some problems in higher vocational colleges, such as insufficient attention to labor education, single form of labor practice activities, imperfect curriculum system of labor education, imperfect management mechanism of labor education, etc. On this basis, countermeasures and suggestions are put forward to provide path support for strengthening labor education in higher vocational colleges. First, renew the concept and improve the understanding of the importance of labor education;secondly, innovate the carrier and promote the organic integration of labor education, social practice and campus culture;thirdly, construct labor education curriculum system with higher vocational characteristics;finally, strengthen overall planning and establish a perfect labor education management mechanism.
