摘 要:新医科建设是新时代党和国家对医学教育发展的最新要求,新医科建设目标是培养多学科交叉融通、复合型医学人才和“有温度的卓越医生”。因此,在医学教育中需要重视医文融合,重视医学生医学人文教育。分析国内外医学人文教育的研究现状,阐明新医科背景下医学人文教育的必要性,解析安徽省医学院校人文教育存在的不足。以安徽医科大学为例,对其在院系平台建设、课程设置、第二课堂设立、师资培养的实践进行总结归纳,探索医学人文教育改革实施路径。The construction of new medical science is the latest requirement of the Party and country for the development of medical education in the new era.The goal is to cultivate multidisciplinary,interdisciplinary,compound medical talents and considerate doctors.Therefore,it is necessary to pay attention to the integration of medicine science and humanity and put emphasis on medical humanities education for medical students.This article analyzes the current research status of medical humanities education at home and abroad and clarifies the necessity of medical humanities education under the background of new medical science,analyzes the shortcomings of humanity education in medical colleges and universities in Anhui Province.Taking Anhui Medical University as an example,it summarizes the practical experience in department platform construction,curriculum setting,second classroom establishment and teacher training,so as to explore the ways to implementing the reform of medical humanity education.
