摘　　要：来自社会以及原生家庭等多方面的压力引发了当今大学生一系列的心理问题,甚至导致了自杀等更为严重的社会问题,因此提高大学生心理免疫力成为了高校心理教育的必修课。阅读疗法在大学生心理健康教育方面发挥着重要作用,高校辅导员作为大学生心理辅导的主要实施者,将阅读疗法运用到工作中可以有效提高工作效率,并为阅读疗法在高校中的推广实施奠定基础。本文在分析了阅读疗法融入辅导员心理辅导工作的重要性和可行性的基础上,提出了具体的应用途径。The pressure from society and their family has caused a series of psychological problems among college students today, even leading to suicide and other more serious social problems. So it is important to improve the psychological immunity of college students. Bibliotherapy plays an important role in the psychological health education of college students. As the main implementer of college students’ psychological counseling, college counselors can effectively improve their work efficiency and lay the foundation for the promotion and implementation of bibliotherapy in colleges and universities by applying bibliotherapy to their work. This paper analyzes the importance and feasibility of integrating bibliotherapy into the psychological counseling work of counsellors, and proposes specific ways of application.
