吡贝地尔治疗注意缺陷多动障碍患者的疗效和安全性

摘　　要：目的观察吡贝地尔对小儿注意缺陷多动障碍(ADHD)的临床疗效及安全性。方法选择2019年1月~2021年1月接诊的70例ADHD患儿,采用平行、随机对照临床试验,按照区组随机方式,将全部患儿1∶1平衡分配至观察组(纳入35例,行吡贝地尔治疗)、对照组(纳入35例,行盐酸哌甲酯治疗),比较两组Conners父母症状问卷(PSQ)、多巴胺水平、斯诺佩评估量表(SNAPIV)、用药不良反应和临床疗效。结果(1)治疗前,组间PSQ评分、多巴胺水平、SNAP-IV评分无明显差异(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组PSQ评分、多巴胺水平、SNAP-IV评分优于对照组(P<0.05);(2)在不良反应发生率方面,观察组(8.57%)与对照组(20.00%)无明显差异(P>0.05),且均症状轻微;(3)在临床疗效方面,观察组有效率为94.29%,优于对照组的71.43%(P<0.05)。结论对ADHD患儿进行吡贝地尔治疗,疗效显著,不良反应少。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of piribedil in children with attention deficit and hyperactivity disorder(ADHD).Methods 70 children with ADHD admitted from January 2019 to January 2021were selected.Parallel,randomized controlled clinical trials were conducted.According to the block random method,all children were evenly assigned 1∶1 to the observation group(35 cases were included and treated with piribedil)and the control group(35 cases were included and treated with methylphenidate).Conners parental symptom questionnaire(PSQ),dopamine level Snoope Assessment Scale(SNAP-IV),adverse drug reactions and clinical efficacy were compared between two groups.Results(1)There was no significant difference in PSQ score,dopamine level and SNAP-IV score between the groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,PSQ score,dopamine level and SNAP-IV score in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).(2)There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the observation group(8.57%)and the control group(20.00%)(P>0.05).(3)In terms of clinical efficacy,the observation group(94.29%)was better than the control group(71.43%),P<0.05.Conclusion Piribedil is effective in the treatment of ADHD children with less adverse reactions.
