摘  要:职业教育适应性是指职业教育适应社会发展的内在能力与外部因素匹配职业教育健康发展的能力。本研究以同步激励理论为分析框架,在重视精神激励的前提下,强调物质激励的必要性。职业教育的不适应性困境表征为职业教育自身的不适应和外部因素的不匹配。研究建议:要锻造职业教育自身的适应性;要强化外部的匹配能力,以薪酬激励作为增强职业教育适应性的主要抓手;要重视职业教育内部与外部的协调发展,从而促进教育供给和产业创新的有效衔接,实现人才、技术共同驱动经济发展。The adaptability of vocational education refers to the inherent ability of vocational education to adapt to social development and the ability of external factors to match the healthy development of vocational education.The study takes synchronous motivation theory as the analytical framework and emphasizes the necessity of material motivation with emphasis on spiritual motivation.The maladaptive dilemma of vocational education is characterized by the maladaption of vocational education itself and the mismatch of external factors.The study suggests:to forge vocational education’s own adaptability;to strengthen the external matching ability and to use salary incentive as the main grasp to enhance vocational education’s adaptability;to pay attention to the coordinated development of internal and external vocational education,so as to promote the effective connection between education supply and industrial innovation and realize the economic development driven by talents and technology together.
