摘 要:以美国陆军军官学校教学改革的典型图景,折射外军院校教学内容改革突出实战指向、注重持续创新的演进轨迹和发展走向;针对外军院校在实战化教学内容改革中采取差异化改革的行动取向,从培养目标、教育层次、课程类型、教学模式多重视角,分析了教学内容差异化改革的实践思路和具体举措。在把握外军院校实战化教学内容改革动态和特点的基础上,总结其主要经验和启示,对于新时代我军院校深化教学改革、培养高素质专业化新型军事人才具有重要的借鉴价值。Based on the typical teaching reform in the army military academies of the U.S., this paper point out that the teaching content reform of these academies highlights the actual combat orientation and emphasizes the evolution track and development trend of continuous innovation. In view of the orientation of differentiated reform in those foreign military academies in actual combat-based teaching content, it analyzes the practical ideas and specific measures of teaching content differentiated reform, from the multiple perspectives of training objectives,education levels, curriculum types, and teaching models. On the basis of analyzing the dynamics and characteristics of the actual combat-based teaching content reform of foreign military academies, this paper sums up their main experience and enlightenment, which has important reference value for deepening the teaching reform of our military academies and cultivating high-quality professional military talents in the new era.
