摘 要:为了培养出符合现代化农业发展需求的高素质应用型农业标准化与质量认证人才,提升高校学生服务社会的能力,提出在“农业标准化与质量认证”课堂中引入新型的教学模式。在对“农业标准化与质量认证”课程设置背景及意义进行介绍的基础上,概述了课程内容及教学过程中存在的问题,深入探讨了雨课堂、翻转课堂、慕课和案例式教学等新型教学模式在该课程中的应用及效果,为提升该课堂的教学质量提供实质性参考。In order to cultivate high-quality application-oriented talents according to the requirements of agricultural standardization and quality certification to meet the needs of modern agricultural development and improve the ability of college students to serve the society, it is necessary to introduce a new teaching mode into the classroom teaching. Based on the introduction to the background and significance of the course of Agricultural Standardization and Quality Certification, this paper outlines the course content and the problems existing in the teaching process, and discusses in-depth the new types of teaching of Rain Classroom, flipped classroom, MOOC and case-based teaching. The application and effect of the teaching modes in the course provide a substantial reference for the practice and innovation to improve the classroom teaching quality.
