摘　　要：基于EtherCAT现场总线的运动控制器,设计了一种物料传输多轴运动控制系统,采用经典的PID运动控制算法和模糊自适应PID控制算法,实现了物料的高精度传输和交换。This paper introduces a design of material transportation control system,based on the controller of EtherCAT field bus,the control system utilizes classical PID(Proportional-integral-derivative)and fuzzy self-adaptive PID motion control algorithm to achieve high precision materials transportation and exchange.
