摘 要:作为新时期职业教育改革的一项重要举措,“1+X”证书制度强调职业院校在人才培养过程中应将职业技能培养和专业学历教育融合起来,强化对学生职业能力的培养,提高学生就业本领,以更好服务于区域经济发展。文章结合高职物流专业“1+X”证书制度的实施情况,对其实施推进过程中面临的一系列困境和难题进行了剖析,并从“课证融通”课程体系构建、“双师”教学团队建设、深化“三教”改革、加强校企合作和产教融合等方面给出了破解对策,以对开展物流管理“1+X”证书的试点院校提供参考和借鉴。As an important measure of vocational education reform in the new era,the“1+X”certificate system emphasizes that vocational colleges should integrate vocational skills training and professional education in the process of talent training,strengthen the cultivation of students'professional ability,improve students'employment ability,and better serve the regional economic development.Based on the implementation of the“1+X”certificate system of logistics specialty in higher vocational colleges,this paper analyzes a series of difficulties and problems in the process of its implementation and promotion,and gives the basic ideas to solve the difficulties from the aspects of curriculum system construction,teaching team construction,deepening the reform of“three teaching”,strengthening school-enterprise cooperation and integration of production and education,so as to provide reference for the pilot colleges of logistics management“1+X”certificate.
