“变”与“不变”:智能时代学校教育变革的图景扫描与价值坚守

摘　　要：人工智能与学校教育深度融合、相互赋能的趋势日益明显。学校是贯彻教育思想和承载教育活动的重要场所,其形态、结构、运行机制等也因应技术革新不断发生改变。人工智能赋能学校的变革图景表现为:学习空间重构、学习范式转型、课程体系创新、组织管理变革、评价模式革新。面对人工智能学校教育应用的可能与限度,学校变革应聚焦生命发展,坚守学校教育的育人逻辑;聚焦人文关怀,坚守学校教育的主体逻辑;聚焦真实体验,坚守学校教育的实场逻辑;聚焦学习复杂性,坚守学校教育的生态逻辑。在“变”与“不变”的辩证逻辑中省思学校变革,是智能时代学校教育的题中应有之义。The trend of integration and empowerment of Artificial Intelligence(AI)and school education is increasingly obvious. Schools are the important places for implement of educational ideas and educational activities,the forms,structures and mechanisms are changing. The trans formative picture of AI-empowered School is manifested as:learning space reconstruction,learning paradigm transformation,curriculum system innovation,organizational management reform, and evaluation model innovation. Facing the possibilities and limitations of the AI-empowered School Education,school reforms should focus on the life development and adhere to the educating logic of school education,paying attention to humanistic care and adhere to the main logic of school education,concentrate on real experience and adhere to the real-field logic of school education,center on the complexity of learning and adhere to the ecological logic of school education. Reflecting on the school reforms in the logic of “change”and “unchange”is the proper meaning of school education in the intelligent era.
