提高干训专职教师专业素养的对策研究

摘　　要：干训专职教师作为中小学校长培训的主要师资力量,在教育干部培训中起到非常重要的作用。目前中小学校长培训专职教师队伍还存在思想、知识、能力等方面的欠缺,需要教育行政部门、业务部门和干训教师三者共同努力,以实现队伍素质的整体提升,更好满足教育干部培训的需求。As the main teaching staff in training principals of primary and secondary schools,full-time cadre-training teachers play a very important role in training educational cadres.At present,there are still deficiencies in full-time teachers’thoughts,knowledge and abilities in training principals of primary and secondary schools,which demands joint efforts from educational administrative departments,business departments and cadre-training teachers so as to achieve the overall improvement of teaching staff’s quality and better meet the needs of training educational cadre.
