摘 要:目的探究在消毒供应室实习生带教中应用手术室器械包装图谱的效果。方法将2019年6月—2019年12月于南昌大学第一附属医院消毒供应室实习的86例实习生纳入研究,按抛硬币法分为参照组43例,采用传统教学法进行带教;研究组43例,采用手术室器械包装图谱进行带教。观察2组考核成绩、包装质量、教学满意度及综合能力的差异。结果研究组理论知识考核成绩及技能操作考核成绩均高于参照组,差异显著(P<0.05);研究组包装合格率为93.02%,高于参照组的76.74%,差异显著(P<0.05);研究组包装时间短于参照组,差异显著(P<0.05);研究组对老师教学态度、学生实际操作机会、教学目标完成度、教学形式的满意度评分均高于参照组,差异显著(P<0.05);研究组临床思维、独立思考、独立操作、创造力评分均高于参照组,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论将手术室器械包装图谱应用于消毒供应室的实习带教中,能够提升实习生的考核成绩、包装质量、教学满意度及综合能力,效果显著。Objective To study the effect of surgical apparatus packaging mapping on the education of clinical interns in the disinfection supply room.Methods 86 clinical interns(2019.06-2019.12)in the central sterile supply department were investigated and grouped by coin tossing method.43 cases of adopting the conventional learning mode were set as reference group;43 cases of adopting the new learning mode with surgical apparatus packing mapping were set as study group.The examination performances,packaging quality,learning satisfaction and comprehensive ability were compared.Results The theoretical knowledge and practical skill examination scores in the study group were significantly higher than reference group(P<0.05);the qualified packaging rate in the study group(93.02%)was significantly higher than reference group(76.74%)(P<0.05);the packaging time in the study group was significantly shorter than reference group(P<0.05);the satisfaction scores about teacher's attitude,student's practical operation chances,teaching objectives and teaching patterns in the study group were significantly higher than reference group(P<0.05);the clinical thinking,independent thinking,independent operation and creativity scores in the study group were significantly higher than reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion The surgical apparatus packing mapping can improve the clinical interns'examination performances,packaging quality,learning satisfaction and comprehensive ability.
