上星穴穴性及临床应用

摘　　要：上星穴出自《针灸甲乙经》:“在颅上直鼻央,入发隙一寸陷者中,可容豆”。督脉气所发。历代医家记载了大量关于上星主治功用的文献资料,应用广泛,条理较为清晰。现代研究发现上星穴主治头面部等经脉所过疾病,特别是治疗鼻病的特效穴。为了进一步分析上星穴的穴性特点,笔者从穴名、定位及临床疾病应用等进行综述,以便于临床灵活应用,充分发挥上星穴的治疗作用。Shangxing( DU23) comes from A and B Classic of Acupuncture and Moxibustion: “it is in the cranial straight nose center,into the hair gap of one inch,and can hold beans”.It is caused by the du channel qi.Physicians of the past dynasties have recorded a large number of documents on the main functions of Shangxing( DU23),which are widely used and clearly organized.Modern research has found that Shangxing( DU23) is mainly used to treat disease induced by meridians such as the head and face,especially the special acupoints for the treatment of nasal diseases.In order to further analyze the characteristics of Shangxing( DU23),the authors review the name,location and clinical application of the acupoints,so as to facilitate the flexible clinical application and give full play to the therapeutic role of Shangxing( DU23).
