摘　　要：对近年来花生四烯酸(Arachidonic acid,ARA)的国内外研究进展及应用进行分析综述,为花生四烯酸的工业化生产及进一步开发利用提供参考。In this paper,the research progress and application of Arachidonic acid(ARA)at home and abroad in recent years were analyzed and summarized,providing reference for industrial production and further development and utilization of Arachidonic acid.
