摘 要:特殊教育是人类文明进步的重要标尺,特殊教育的实施发展得益于特殊师范教育的基础性支撑性作用。中国特殊师范教育从最初的师徒式自发传授阶段到传习式自觉培训阶段,再从学校化专业培养阶段到高质量发展阶段,成功地走出了一条中国式特殊教育师资培养发展之路。以南京特殊教育师范学院为例,中国特殊师范教育取得重大历史成就与系列基本经验。党的二十大报告提出“强化特殊教育普惠发展”,围绕特殊教育普惠发展,新时代特殊师范教育要促进“全面发展”“融合发展”“创新发展”“协调发展”。Special education is an important yardstick for the progress of human civilization.The implementation and development of special education benefits from the basic and supporting role of special normal education.China's special normal education,from the initial stage of spontaneous teaching to the stage of voluntary training,and then from the training stage of school majors to the stage of high-quality development,has successfully found a path of the training and development of Chinese-style special education teachers.Taking Nanjing Normal College of Special Education as an example,China's special normal education has made major historical achievements and a series of basic experience.The CPC's 20th annual report proposed"strengthening the inclusive development of special education".Focusing on the inclusive development of special education,special normal education should promote comprehensive development,integrated development,innovative development and coordinated development.
