摘　　要：结合目前高校“食品分析”课程的实际教学情况和企业人才需求特性,分析了“食品分析”课程在授课过程中存在的主要问题,并针对性提出了在教学过程中探索趣味课堂模式激发学生学习潜力、创新案例教学深化课程育人、增加实践环节中实验设计比例等方式,探索了在专业课程教学中融入“趣味+案例+实践”三合一的教学改革模式,为食品专业其他相关课程的教学改革提供一定参考。Combining the actual teaching situation of the Food Analysis course in college and the talented demand characteristics of enterprise at present,this article analyzed the main problems in the teaching of the Food Analysis course,and then put forward some corresponding measures such as exploring the interesting class mode to stimulate the study the potential,innovating cases to deepen the curriculum function,increasing the proportion of experimental design and so on to solve the problems.The exploration of the teaching reform of Food Analysis course integrating interesting class,case teaching and practical experience can also provide some reference for the teaching reform of other related courses of food specialty.
