摘　　要：食品感官评价在现代食品工业中发挥着越来越重要的作用,社会和企业也越来越需要能够灵活运用食品感官评价原理解决实际问题的应用型感官技术人才。针对目前“食品感官评价”实验教学中存在的问题,提出采用“引企入教”模式进行教学改革,并介绍“引企入教”在“食品感官评价”实验教学中的应用策略,为“食品感官评价”课程的进一步教学改革奠定基础。Food sensory evaluation plays a more and more important role in modern food industry.Society and enterprises also need more and more applied sensory technical talents who can flexibly use the principle of food sensory evaluation to solve practical problems.Aiming at the problems existing in the experimental teaching of Food Sensory Evaluation,this paper put forward the teaching reform of“introducing enterprises into education”,and introduced the application strategy of“introducing enterprises into education”in the experimental teaching of Food Sensory Evaluation,so as to lay a foundation for the further teaching reform of Food Sensory Evaluation course.
