摘  要:随着数字化转型成为不可阻挡的全球变革新趋势,我国基础教育信息化经过十年快速发展也正在进入数字化转型的新阶段,然而实践中仍然面临着信息化在区域教育改革与发展中的战略地位有待确立、多方协同的有效机制尚未形成、持续性经费投入难以保障等关键问题。为了实现以数字化赋能高质量基础教育体系建设的战略目标,文章首先对上述问题开展深入分析,然后在厘清和分析数字化转型内涵演进的基础上,总结了区域基础教育数字化转型的系统特征,最后提出了区域基础教育数字化转型实施建议:以数字化转型赋能新时期基础教育的价值体系重塑和系统重构,以教育行政部门统筹破解区域基础教育数字化转型面临的多方协同难题,以开放思维充分共享政府、城市(乡村)、社会数字化转型的关键资源。文章通过研究,期望能够为探索、形成中国特色的区域基础教育信息化发展道路做出一定的贡献。As digital transformation has become an irresistible new trend of global change,China’s basic education informationization is also entering a new stage of digital transformation after ten years of rapid development.However,there are still some key problems in practice,such as the strategic position of informationization in regional education reform and development has not been established,the effective mechanism of multi-party coordination has not been formed,and the sustainable investment is hard to be guaranteed.To realize the strategic goal of digitally empowering the construction of high-quality basic education system,firstly,this paper makes an in-depth analysis of the above problems.Secondly,on the basis of clarifying and analyzing the connotation of digital transformation,the paper summarizes the systematic characteristics of regional education’s digital transformation.Finally,the paper puts forward 3 implementation suggestions on the digital transformation of regional basic education in view of the above problems:empowering value system remodeling and systematic reconstruction of basic education in the New Era with digital transformation;integrated planning by the education administrative departments to further solve the problems of multi-party coordination in the in-depth development of digital transformation of regional basic education;fully sharing the key resources of digital transformation from government,urban(rural) area and society with open-minded thinking.The paper expects to make some contributions to exploring and forming the development road of basic education informationization with Chinese characteristics through the research.
