摘  要:随着我国不断深化的医疗改革与大众日益增长的健康需求,教育部、科技部等部门联合推动“新医科”的建设,以推进复合型创新医学人才的培养,对医学教育提出了更高要求。器官系统整合课程(OSBC)联合以问题为基础的教学模式(PBL)是近年来医学教育改革的热点。文章整理了OSBC-PBL教学模式的改革与实践的相关文献,从课程模式、案例撰写与实施、优势、不足以及对策等方面阐释了其在医学教育中的应用现状及思考,以期为OSBC-PBL教学模式进一步地改革与实践提供参考。With the deepening of medical reform in China and the increase in the public’s needs for health services,the Ministry of Education,the Ministry of Science and Technology,and other departments have jointly promoted the construction of“New Medicine”to cultivate inter-disciplinary innovative medical talents,which imposes more requirements on medical education.The new teaching mode combining organ system integration course(OSBC)with problem-based learning(PBL)has become one of the hotspots of medical education reform in recent years.This paper sorted out the relevant literature on the application of the OSBC-PBL teaching mode and analyzed its status quo in medical education from the aspects of curriculum mode,case writing and implementation,advantages,disadvantages,and countermeasures.It is expected to provide a reference for further reform and practice of the OSBC-PBL teaching model.
