成渝地区双城经济圈高等教育国际化发展的问题与对策--基于与长三角经济圈和珠三角经济圈的比较

摘　　要：从高等教育资源、高校国际排名、来华留学生规模与结构以及中外合作办学等4个维度比较成渝地区双城经济圈与长三角和珠三角经济圈高等教育国际化状况,发现成渝地区高等教育仍面临多重挑战,主要表现为高等教育资源分布失衡、高等教育国际化精尖力量欠缺、对国际人才吸引力不足和中外合作办学规模较小等问题。成渝地区双城经济圈高等教育的国际化发展应依托国家政策,优化资源布局、大力提升国际认可度、打造国际化品牌以及扩大中外合作办学规模。To compare the Chengdu-Chongqing economic circle with the Yangtze River Delta and Pearl River Delta economic circles in terms of four dimensions--higher education resources,international rankings of universities,the scale and structure of international students and Sino-foreign cooperation in running schools,higher education in Chengdu and Chongqing still faces multiple challenges,including imbalanced higher education resources distribution,insufficient pilot universities,less attraction to international talents,and small scaled Sino-foreign cooperation in running schools.In order to promote the internationalized development of higher education in the Chengdu-Chongqing economic circle,it is necessary to optimize the layout of higher education resources based on policies,to enhance the international recognition of higher education vigorously,to build an international brand of higher education,and to expand the scale of Sino-foreign cooperation in running schools.
