中医妇科临床实习带教方案研究

摘　　要：中医妇科学是中医临床专业的主干课程之一,完成理论学习后的临床实习是医学生巩固基础知识、实践技能操作最有效的学习方法。有效的临床实习可以加强学生对中医药在妇科疾病诊治活动中实用性、有效性的具体体会,培养学生的临床思维、医患沟通能力等。学校及医院通过完善临床带教制度与管理流程,持续改进带教方案,不断优化带教师资队伍,锻炼医学生的临床实践能力,使其临床思维日趋完善,以培养具有创新能力的中医学复合型人才。Gynecology of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)is the main clinical course of TCM.Clinical practice after theoretical study is the most effective learning method for medical students to consolidate theoretical knowledge and practice clinical skills.The students may increase experience of the practicability and effectiveness of TCM in diagnosis and treatment of gynecological disease,and cultivate clinical thinking ability and doctor-patient communication ability by effective clinical practice.The university and the hospital should improve the clinical teaching system and management process,elevate the clinical teaching methods,and optimize the teaching staff to improve the students’clinical practice ability,to cultivate the students’clinical thinking,to promote the compound talents of TCM with innovative ability.
