摘　　要：医学生医患沟通能力的培养对于建立良好的医患关系有极其重要的作用。文章从医患关系现状出发,分析提高医学生医患沟通能力的重要性及现存的对医学生医患沟通能力培养不够重视、教育方法存在偏差、缺乏系统的能力考核等问题。基于此探讨了提高医学生医患沟通能力、构建医患沟通教育体系、改革教学方法和手段、完善考核评价体系从而改善医患关系的方法。The development of doctor-patient communication skills among medical students is significant for establishing a good doctor-patient relationship.From the current situation of the doctor-patient relationship,the article analyzes the importance of medical students’ability to improve doctor-patient communication and the existing problems,including insufficient attention to the cultivation of doctor-patient communication ability of medical students,bias in education methods,and lack of systematic ability assessment.Based on this,the article discusses ways to strengthen medical students’ability to improve doctor-patient communication,construct a doctor-patient communication education system,reform teaching methods and means,and improve the assessment and evaluation system to improve the doctor-patient relationship.
