摘　　要：随着医疗模式的转变,人口结构和疾病谱的改变,以及我国居民生活水平的不断提高,社区居民的卫生保健需求不断增长。当前我国医疗资源极度紧缺,社区医疗资源缺乏更严重,解决社区居民日常医疗卫生需求是个极为重要的社会问题。大量事实证明,社区志愿服务可以成为我国当前快速老龄化背景下解决社区医疗资源不足的有效措施。医学生作为卫生技术队伍的储备人才,参与社区志愿服务不仅能将理论与实践相结合,提高学生的职业实践技能,还能帮助学生认识到医学专业的价值与意义,有助于学生树立正确的职业价值观念。此文通过前期的课题研究,探索医学生社区志愿服务对其职业价值观的影响,以期能为医学人才的培育路径提供参考。With the transformation of medical models,the changes in population structure and disease spectrum,as well as the continuous improvement of the living standards of Chinese residents,the health care needs of community residents continue to grow.Currently,Chinese medical resources are extremely scarce,and community medical resources are even scarcer,solving the daily medical and health needs of community residents is an extremely important social problem.A large number of facts have proved that community voluntary service can be an effective measure to solve the shortage of community medical resources under the background of the current rapid aging of China.As the reserved talents of health technology team,medical students participate in community voluntary service can not only combine theory with practice,improve their professional practice skills,but also help students realize the value and significance of medical specialty,and help them establish correct vocational values.This article explores the influence of community voluntary service of medical students on their vocational values through the research of the previous study,hoping to provide a reference for the training path of medical talents in our school.
