校企共享工作室机制下构建通信导航人才培养模式的探索

摘　　要：现代船舶对电子设备依赖程度不断提高,对一线通信导航人才提出更高标准:高水平实践技能、关键核心技术掌握、动手能力强、专业知识扎实等特点。结合国家对高职院校技术技能人才培养的要求,在面向船舶通信导航行业实际需求的教学理念下,依托共享工作室和企业合作批量培养学生,以解决船舶通信导航设备的安装、调试、维护、维修、创新、研发等问题为出发点,对教学内容、方法等提出具体方案,尝试拓展航海相关专业的就业方向,最终培养具有创新研发能力的通导技能人才,解决当前行业企业亟需人才难题。The dependence of modern ships on electronic equipment continues to increase,raising higher standards for front-line communication and navigation talents.According to the national requirements for technical and skilled talents as well as the demand of communication and navigation industry,this essay discusses the ways for training skilled personnel who can carry out the installation,commissioning,maintenance,repairing,innovation and development of communication and navigation equipment based on school-enterprise cooperation.In addition,the teaching content and teaching methods are also discussed accordingly.
