摘  要:为了在小功率拖拉机及其农业机械上实现无级调速,设计了一种串联式液压功率分流无级变速箱。首先,对无级变速箱的传动方案进行了介绍;其次,详细阐述了变速箱的参数设计和结构设计流程;再次,构建了该液压功率分流无级变速箱与静液压无级变速箱的效率计算模型,并通过试验获取了模型的关键参数;最后,根据效率模型的计算结果,对两种无级变速箱的传动效率和调速特性进行了比较。研究结果表明:所设计的无级变速箱不仅结构简单、成本可控,且具有较之于静液压无级变速箱更佳的效率特性。研究所得结论可为我国中小功率无级变速拖拉机和农业作业机械的研制提供理论依据和方法支撑。In order to realize stepless speed regulation on small power tractors and agricultural machinery,a novel hydrostatic power split CVT was designed in this study.Firstly,the transmission scheme of the CVT was introduced.Secondly,the design process of the transmission parameter and structure were elaborated.Thirdly,the efficiency calculation model of the hydrostatic power split CVT and the hydrostatic CVT was constructed,and the key parameters of the model were obtained through experiments.Finally,according to the calculation results of the simulation model,the efficiency and speed regulation characteristics of the two CVTs were compared.The results showed that the designed power split transmission is not only has simple structure and controllable cost,but also has better efficiency characteristic than hydrostatic CVT.The conclusions of this study can provide theoretical and methodological support for the development of medium and small power CVT tractors and agricultural machinery in China.
