摘 要:针对当下人工树木涂白效率低下,对树木的涂白不均匀等问题,设计了一种摆动式树木涂白装置,依据树木涂白的流程,利用装置的开合机构、收绳提杆机构来实现对树木的涂白。运用三维建模软件SolidWorks建立三维模型,导入到Adams对该装置进行仿真分析,同时对所制作的实物样机进行涂白试验。试验结果表明:装置在给树木涂白时相比人工涂白完成率高,涂白时间短,有效解决了人工树木涂白效率低、涂白时间长的问题。Aiming at the low efficiency of artificial tree whitening and uneven whitening of the trunk,a kind of swinging tree whitening device was designed.After studying the process of tree whitening,the opening and closing mechanism of the device and the rope lifting mechanism were used to whiten the trunk.The 3D modeling software SolidWorks was used to build a 3D model,which was imported into ADAMS for simulation analysis of the device.At the same time,the physical prototype was whitewash tested.Finally,it was concluded that the device had high completion rate and short whitewash time when whitewash was painted,which effectively solved the problems of low whitewash efficiency and long whitewash time of artificial trees.
