摘  要:为更好地评估液相色谱-质谱联用法测定火锅底料中吗啡、可待因、罂粟碱、那可丁和蒂巴因等多种物质的可靠程度,通过建立数学模型并识别试验过程中的不确定度来源,分别评估各不确定度分量,将其合成得到相对标准不确定度及扩展不确定度。结果表明,标准曲线拟合过程及标准曲线配制过程中引入的不确定度贡献最大,其次准确度对最终不确定度贡献也不容忽视,试样质量对总的不确定度贡献最小。此评估结果可为日常工作提供指导,如在日常操作过程中严格把控操作细节,减小不确定度的引入,从而保证检测结果的可靠程度。In order to better evaluate the reliability of liquid chromatography tandem-mass spectrometry method for the determination of morphine,codeine,papaverine,noscapine,and thebaine in hot pot base.By establishing a mathematical model and identifying the sources of uncertainty in the test process,this study evaluates each uncertainty component separately and combines them to obtain the relative standard uncertainty and the expanded uncertainty.The results show that the uncertainty introduced in the standard curve fitting process and the standard curve preparation process has the largest contribution,followed by the accuracy contribution to the final uncertainty can not be ignored,and the sample quality has the smallest contribution to the total uncertainty.The evaluation results can provide guidance for daily work,such as strictly controlling the operation details in the daily operation process,reducing the introduction of uncertainty,so as to ensure the reliability of the test results.
