Rapid Determination of Chloramphenicol,Thiamphenicol,and Florfenicol Residues in Aquatic Products by UPLC-MS/MS Method

摘  要:目的:建立了快速测定水产品中氯霉素、甲砜霉素、氟苯尼考的UPLC-MS/MS法。方法:选取淡水鱼为基质,利用乙腈提取,正已烷除脂,建立以乙腈和水为流动相的梯度洗脱程序完成色谱分离,三重四极杆质谱仪完成定性定量检测。结果:氯霉素、甲砜霉素、氟苯尼考3种组分在0.1~10.0μg·L^(-1)均有良好的线性关系,线性相关系数r^(2)均大于0.990,检出限均为0.1μg·kg^(-1),平均回收率为99.8%~112.5%。结论:实验证明本方法具有前处理简单、灵敏度高、准确度高的特点,能满足水产品中低残留限量的氯霉素类药物残留检测的要求。Objective:To establish an UPLC-MS/MS method for the rapid determination of chloramphenicol,thiamphenicol and florfenicol in aquatic products.Method:Fresh water fish was selected as the substrate,acetonitrile was extracted,n-hexane was degreased,and gradient elution procedure was established with acetonitrile and water as the mobile phase to complete the chromatographic separation,and the qualitative and quantitative detection was completed by triple quadrupole mass spectrometer.Result:The three components of chloramphenicol,thiamphenicol and florfenicol had a good linear relationship in the concentration range of 0.1~10.0μg·L^(-1),with the linear correlation coefficient r^(2)greater than 0.990,and the detection limits were 0.1μg·kg^(-1).The average recoveries were 99.8%~112.5%.Conclusion:The experiment proves that this method has the characteristics of simple pretreatment,high sensitivity and high accuracy,and can meet the requirements of low residue limit detection of chloramphenicol residues in aquatic products.
