摘　　要：1+X证书制度试点工作自2019年启动以来,在安徽省取得了明显成效,但也存在普及度不高、试点证书标准偏低、考核成本高、师生参与积极性不高以及与书证对接不够深入等问题。结合安徽省X证书考核现状,进行问题分析,从制度建设、政策机制、资金统筹、考核费用标准、师资培训、考核机制与证书影响力等方面提出对策。Since the pilot work of the 1+X certificate system was launched in 2019,it has achieved remarkable results in Anhui Province.However,there exist some problems such as low popularity,low pilot certificate standards,high assessment costs,weak teachers and students’participation,and poor match between documents and certificates.Considering the current situation of X-certificate assessment in Anhui Province,the paper tries to analyze the problems and recommend countermeasures from the perspective of system construction,policy mechanism,fund planning,assessment fee standards,teacher training,assessment mechanism and certificate influence.
