摘 要:通过对角振动参数测量在惯性和动态扭矩校准领域的应用研究,提出了基于圆光栅和加窗FFT的角振动测量及数据分析方法。通过高速数据采集卡对圆光栅传感器输出的信号进行采集和存储,通过电平累加得到波形轮廓,再对合成波形抽样并进行加窗FFT计算,最后得到角加速度参数。用标准角振动台对测量装置进行测试,并对测量结果进行不确定度评定。试验结果表明,该方法测得的角加速度值与标准值的相对误差小于2.5%,重复性小于0.3%,具有工程应用价值。Through studying the measurement of angular vibration parameter in the field of inertia and dynamic torque calibration.An angular vibration measurement and data analysis method using circular grating and windowed FFT is proposed.Firstly,collecting and storing the signal the circular grating sensor output by the high-speed data acquisition card,through the way of level accumulation obtaining the waveform contour.Then the synthetic waveform is sampled and which is calculated by windowed FFT.Finally,the angular acceleration parameters are obtained.An experiment is designed to test the measuring device with a standard angle shaking table,the experimental results show that the relative error between the angular acceleration measured by this method and the standard value is less than 2.5%,and the repeatability of angular acceleration is less than 0.3%,and the the uncertainty of the measurement results is evaluated.
