摘 要:“双减”政策出台使广大中小学生从校外培训机构的学科培训中解放出来,学生有了更多接触艺术、体育等文化活动的机会。公共文化场馆作为开展文化教育的重要场所,公益性强、资源丰富,成为开展校外教育的首选之地。但是,当前的公共文化场馆在活动内容、活动主体、资源支持等方面存在诸多问题,还需要以素质教育为导向,立足自身特色,加强服务能力,增强与教育部门的协同等,如此才能将服务“双减”、服务民生工作落到实处。The introduction of the“double reduction”policy of compulsory education has liberated the majority of primary and secondary school students from extra-curriculum training institutions,and students have more opportunities to take part in arts,sports and other cultural activities.Public cultural venues,a major place for cultural education,have become the top priority for after-school education with rich resources for the goods of the public.However,there are still many problems in the current public cultural venues in terms of activity content,subjects,and resource support.Based on the distinctive features,we need to take quality education as the guide,and strengthen services capability,and enhance cooperation with education departments.Only in this way can we effectively serve the“double reduction”policies and the people’s livelihood.
