摘  要:我国南北文化差异较大,以此造成的区域文化性格差异对企业人力资源管理的影响逐步受到关注。本文研究结果表明:南方和北方间在个人主义、集体主义维度和男性气质、女性气质维度上存在显著差异,这对企业与员工的沟通满意度有负面影响。将沟通满意度细分后发现负面影响仍然显著。The cultural differences between the north and the south of our country are relatively large,and the influence of the regional cultural personality differences on the human resource management of enterprises has gradually attracted attention.The results of this paper show that there are significant differences in individualism,collectivism and masculinity and femininity between the South and the North,which have a negative impact on the communication satisfaction between enterprises and employees.After breaking down communication satisfaction,it was found that the negative effect was still significant.
