摘  要:随着教育部首批虚拟教研室建设试点名单的公布,虚拟教研室这一新兴的基层教学组织形态开始走进高校教学改革视野。虚拟教研室承担着创新教研形态、加强教学研究、共建优质资源和开展教师培训等多重任务,科学评估其育人效能是虚拟教研室实施有效管理的保障。通过深入剖析虚拟教研室的主要特点,明确虚拟教研室育人效能评估的主要内容,从教研能力、教学质量、运行效率和组织效益四维度选取评估指标,采用层次分析法确定指标权重,构建虚拟教研室育人效能评估体系。该指标体系紧密结合虚拟教研室特点,可为虚拟教研室育人效能的评估提供参考与借鉴。With the announcement of the first batch of pilot list of virtual teaching and research section construction by the Ministry of Education,virtual teaching and research section,a new basic teaching organization form,begins to enter the vision of teaching reform in colleges and universities.The virtual teaching and research section undertakes multiple tasks,such as innovating teaching and research forms,strengthening teaching and research,building high-quality resources and carrying out teacher training,etc.Scientific evaluation of its educational efficiency is the guarantee of effective management of the virtual teaching and research section.Through in-depth analysis of the main characteristics of the virtual teaching and research office,the main content of the evaluation of the virtual teaching and research office’s educational efficiency is defined,the evaluation index is selected from four dimensions of teaching and research ability,teaching quality,operation efficiency and organizational benefit,and the weight of the index is determined by the analytic hierarchy process,and the evaluation system of the virtual teaching and research office’s educational efficiency is constructed.The index system is closely combined with the characteristics of the virtual teaching and research office,which can provide reference for the evaluation of the educational efficiency of the virtual teaching and research office.
