转型时期独立学院商科人才培养模式创新问题研究

摘　　要：转型时期独立学院将会遇到很多新的问题,但人才培养仍是体现独立学院教育质量的关键评价指标。因此转型时期独立学院如何解决商科人才培养及其模式创新,是各级主管部门、社会人士、学校学生及各独立学院高度关注的重要问题。该文根据独立学院的特点和转型过程中涉及的问题,提出商科人才培养模式创新的相关对策与建议,对转型时期独立学院发展进行较深入的探讨。该文研究的观点针对性较强,对于推进独立学院商科人才培养质量的提升乃至本科人才培养模式创新的探索都有积极的借鉴意义。Independent college is an attempt of national higher education reform.After 20 years of development,it has formed a strong force of higher education.The transformation of independent colleges is a new requirement of national higher education reform in the new era,which involves complicated links and some policies and systems need to be further improved.According to the characteristics of the independent college and the problems involved in the process of transformation,this paper analyzes the main problems in the transformation and their causes by reviewing the development process and status quo,puts forward relevant countermeasures and suggestions,and makes a deeper discussion on the transformation and development of the independent college.The viewpoints of this paper are highly targeted and have positive significance for promoting the transformation of independent colleges.
