摘 要:园艺植物育种学是园艺专业重要的必修课程,是一门既有创新性又有实践性的应用科学。该课程主要从果树、蔬菜及园林观赏植物等园艺植物的育种特性出发,阐述其引种、选种、杂交育种、杂种优势利用、诱变育种、倍性育种、生物技术育种及良种繁育技术的原理、方法及应用。为了提高教学质量,配合课堂讲授,该文探讨安排实地参观、自学和小组讨论等互动实践教学环节,以使学生深入实际,熟悉育种对象,帮助学生掌握园艺育种的基本技术,培养学生的逻辑分析能力和自主创新能力。Horticultural Plant Breeding is a comprehensive applied science which mainly expounds the principles,methods and applications of introduction,seed selection,cross breeding,heterosis utilization,mutation breeding,ploidy breeding,biotechnology breeding and fine variety breeding technology of horticultural plants such as fruit trees,vegetables and garden ornamental plants from the perspective of their breeding characteristics.In order to improve the teaching quality and cooperate with the classroom teaching,this paper will discussthe arrangement of the interactive practical teaching links such as field visits,selfstudy and group discussion,so as to enable the students to deepen the reality,get familiar with the breeding objects,help the students master the basic technology of horticultural breeding,and cultivate the students’logical analysis ability and independent innovation ability.
