摘 要:为探讨新型“比拼式”教学查房在骨科住院医师规范化培训中的应用效果,以2021年3月至2021年4月在广西医科大学第二附属医院骨科参加住院医师规范化培训的12名学员为研究对象,将其随机分为两组,开展两次常规式教学查房和两次“比拼式”教学查房,比较和分析两种教学查房的效果。结果表明:在主动发言次数、课堂气氛、课堂参与度、相关知识掌握程度、临床思维能力提高程度、临床决策能力提高程度六个方面,新型“比拼式”教学查房评价均优于常规式教学查房,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。因此,新型“比拼式”教学查房能有效调动学员积极性,有效提高教学质量。To explore the application effect of new“competitive”teaching rounds in the standardized training of orthopedic residents,from March 2021 to April 2021,12 students who participate in the standardized training of residents in the Orthopedics Department of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Guangxi Medical University were selected as the research objects.They were randomly divided into two groups.Two regular teaching rounds and two“competition”teaching rounds are carried out,and the effects of the two teaching rounds are compared and analyzed.The results show that the new“competition”teaching rounds are superior to the conventional teaching rounds in terms of the number of active speeches,classroom atmosphere,classroom participation,mastery of relevant knowledge,improvement of clinical thinking ability,and improvement of clinical decision-making ability,and the difference is statistically significant(P<0.01).Therefore,the new“competition”teaching rounds can effectively mobilize the enthusiasm of students and effectively improve the quality of teaching.
