摘 要:“医学影像检查风险管理”课程作为医学影像技术专业的重要课程,需要紧密联系理论与临床,仅靠传统教学方法较难实现教学目标。PBL与翻转课堂都是以学生为中心的新教学模式,二者相结合既能拓展课堂时间,又能让学生带着问题自主学习,近年来逐渐被应用到医学类课程教学中。以磁共振检查风险及防范模块为例,探索“医学影像检查风险管理”课程中联合应用PBL和翻转课堂的教学设计,该教学实践有效培养了学生自主学习和解决实际问题的能力,强化了以病人为中心的职业理念。Risk Management of Medical Imaging Examination is one of the important courses in medical imaging technology,and needs to be closely related to theory and clinic,which is more difficult to achieve with traditional teaching methods.PBL and flipped classroom are both new student-centered teaching models,which can expand class time and allow students to learn independently with questions,and have been gradually applied to medical courses in recent years.Taking the risk and prevention module of magnetic resonance examination as an example,this paper explores the teaching design of the joint application of PBL and flipped classroom in the course of Risk Management of Medical Imaging Examination.This teaching practice effectively cultivates students’ability to learn independently,solves practical problems,and strengthens the professional concept of taking patients as the center.
