摘  要:文章结合广东工程职业技术学院校园体育文化建设的实际情况和体育思政教育的实施现状,提出通过提升教师的体育思政教育能力,发挥其主导作用助力校园体育文化建设;通过多种评价机制改善体育思政教育实施效果,以助推校园体育文化健康发展;通过丰富校园文化中体育文化氛围以此助力体育思政教育更深层次的实施;通过设立教师激励制度来激发教师实施体育思政教育的动力等应对策略,使体育思政教育和校园体育文化两者更好地相辅相融,共同促力,为国家立德树人,为社会培养优秀的接班人做出应有的贡献。Based on the actual situation of campus sports culture construction and the implementation status of sports ideological and political education in Guangdong Engineering Polytechnic,this paper proposes to play the leading role of teachers in promoting the construction of campus sports culture by improving their ability in sports ideological and political education;to improve the implementation effect of sports ideological and political education through various evaluation mechanisms to promote the healthy development of campus sports culture;to help the implementation of sports ideological and political education at a deeper level by enriching the sports cultural atmosphere in campus culture;to motivate teachers to implement sports ideological and political education by establishing a teacher incentive system and other coping strategies,so that sports ideological and political education and campus sports culture can better complement each other and work together to make due contributions to the country's moral education and the cultivation of excellent successors for the society.
